I’m a visual designer working across print and digital, with a focus on accessibility.
Hello, I’m Erica Sayer.
Production Designer
As the Production Designer at a rapidly growing e-commerce brand, I built foundational systems to support scalable design and asset management. I developed brand guidelines for both digital and print assets, created templates, and and training resources. I also established strong partnerships with local and international printers to ensure high quality, cohesive assets. I collaborated closely with our product designers, e-commerce team, our marketing and social team, and creative leadership to support cross-team initiatives. I managed assets not only for in-house campaigns, but also for major retail partners including Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, and Wayfair.
Responsive marketing emails serving both consumers and businesses. These cover new product launches and holiday sales, designed and coded in HTML/CSS and tested across major email clients so each one kept its layout and brand from inbox to inbox.
Email Campaigns
From our packaging, to instructions, and in-store displays. With my substantial experience in print production, I assured that our visions came to life with brand accurate colors and fit to spec down to the millimeter.
Print Projects
In my role, I was the sole person responsible for creating and managing the assets used across our e-commerce sites. I worked hand in hand with our 3D render artist and product team to produce high quality and accurate representations of our product. I also created animated GIFs for our website to enhance our product pages; like showing our planters from all sides, or adding some holiday magic to surprise and delight our customers.
Digital Web Assets
Along with photography, photo editing, social media asset making, I functioned as a video editor as well. Slicing together content and adding graphics to elevate our youtube content.
I animated our logo with our new updated branding, too!
Production Designer
Designing for digital advertising means building once and scaling everywhere. Every campaign below started as a static concept and came to life as a fully animated, click-through-ready HTML5 banner — built to spec for programmatic ad platforms and holding up across a dozen sizes, from a 970x250 leaderboard down to a 300x50 mobile strip, without losing clarity or brand voice. A glimpse into my work designing for brands like AATU, Adverity, Centrical, and PowerCrunch.
AATU — Dog Food Carousel
Animated carousel banner for AATU, a natural dog food brand, built across three IAB standard sizes.
Centrical — Gamification Platform
A fully responsive HTML5 banner for Centrical's employee engagement and gamification software, built to scale fluidly across ad placements rather than relying on fixed breakpoints.
Adverity — Product Demo Series
A responsive banner set for Adverity, a marketing data intelligence platform, promoting a product demo across mobile and desktop placements — 320x480, 300x250, 320x50, and 728x90.
PowerCrunch — Protein Bar Carousel
Responsive carousel banner for PowerCrunch, highlighting their protein bar lineup with a scalable, single-build layout adaptable to any placement size.
Accessible Design
At StackAdapt, I spearheaded a training module that taught new employees how to make our ads accessible, so they could build inclusive design into their work from day one. I also co-authored a post for the company blog on the same topic, with practical tips on color contrast, readable type, captions, and inclusive language. The goal was simple: ads that work for more people, in more places.
Alongside my design career, I’ve kept a few other creative threads going. Here you’ll find older projects I designed for freelance clients, photography from weddings I’ve shot, and the digital collages I make for fun, just because I like making them.
